Dynamics365 is the CRM solution offered by Microsoft. Due to its many features and high flexibility, it is possible to set up and use the solution completely as you wish. With this, there are many possibilities to integrate with Milestones.
Due to the flexible nature and versatility of Microsoft Dynamics365, it is not a 100% standard coupling like our other couplings. Because each customer has its own specific setup, there is always a certain mapping required of the customer-specific fields. As a result, a piece of customization is always required.
